Natural Bikinis keeps your product, color, size, material, shipping, and return terms clear at checkout.
Product confirmation happens before checkout. Leaving Stripe Checkout before completing it does not create a paid order.
If your order details change before fulfillment, contact us to discuss cancellation or a refund.

You can cancel before payment. If an order detail changes after payment, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation or a refund before fulfillment.

The return window, return address, customer shipping responsibility, product limits, and refund timing are shown before a Stripe link is created.
If the terms do not work for you, we will not send a payment link or place a supplier order.
Hygiene limits
Bikini pieces are sensitive
For hygiene reasons, opened bikini tops, bikini bottoms, and other intimate apparel may be return-limited unless the item is defective, wrong, damaged on arrival, or returnable under the confirmed return terms.
Cotton and water
Use matters
Cotton can absorb water, sag, cling, or turn sheer. A return may not be available for water-use dissatisfaction if those cotton material limits were shown in the product and policy pages.
Add coverage, lining, support, and intended-use concerns in checkout notes if those details matter to you.
Wrong or defective item

Refunds
Processor timing varies
If a refund is issued, timing depends on the payment processor, bank, confirmed return terms, and carrier status. We will confirm the refund path before asking for a return shipment.
