No payment yet. Clear approval first.

During launch mode, requests do not capture payment. If a request moves to paid checkout, return and refund terms are shown before payment and depend on the approved supplier path.

Natural Bikinis does not silently change supplier, color, size, material, or shipping terms after approval.

Before payment

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a request before payment. If we cannot approve the exact item, size, material risk, opacity risk, delivery path, or return terms, no payment is requested.

After approval

Terms shown first

If checkout is offered, the return window, return address, customer responsibility for shipping, supplier limits, and refund timing are shown before payment.

If those terms are not acceptable, do not pay. We can close the request instead.

Hygiene limits

Underwear is sensitive

For hygiene reasons, opened underwear, bralettes, and intimate apparel may be return-limited unless the item is defective, wrong, damaged on arrival, or returnable under the approved supplier path.

Cotton caution

Use matters

Cotton can absorb water, sag, cling, or turn sheer. A return may not be available for water-use dissatisfaction if the item was approved only for dry or bikini-inspired styling.

Ask about opacity, lining, support, and intended use before approval if those details matter to you.

Wrong or defective item

Contact quickly

  • Email contact@naturalbikinis.com with your request email.
  • Include photos of the package, label, defect, wrong item, or size issue.
  • Do not discard packaging until the issue is reviewed.

Refunds

Processor timing varies

If a refund is approved, timing depends on the payment processor, bank, supplier path, and carrier status. We will confirm the refund path before asking for a return shipment.
