Around the fullest part of the chest. Use this for all tops.

Measure first
Use inches or centimeters, but keep the tape level.
Do not pull the tape tight. If you are measuring over clothing, use thin fitted clothing so the numbers stay close to body measurements.
Underbust
Around the ribcage where the top band sits. This catches loose bands.
Waist
The narrowest natural waist. Use it to check bottom band comfort.
Full hip
The widest point around hips and seat. This is the main bottom-size number.
Top size
Match bust and underbust.
Pick the row that contains both numbers. If one number points larger, start with the larger size unless you want a very snug fit.

Bottom size
Let full hip decide coverage.
Use full hip first and waist second. If waist says M but hip says L, choose L so the leg and seat do not cut in.

Stay with the smaller row only when both measurements are close and you prefer a tighter, more secure feel.
